Our MJ works fine, it's just when you have to push the buttons in order to put numbers in for a response.... for example: credit card numbers, prescription numbers, utility account numbers and or anything like that. It used to be any number that requires a "3" it does not register..............now ...

there can be 1, 2 or maybe even 3 minutes and no phone ringing on the other end. and when someone answers (I think) on the other end I can't hear them but they tell me they hear me. I have the same problem....when and after I am connected and the people or computer on the other end asks for an ID number and if there is an 8 or a 3 in the ID number, it does not take it. Magic Jack told me that it is the ISP company faults. Nice easy way out!!![/i]
