Yes you can. I'm using mine in New Zealand - were 240v also. The call quality is superb!

Mine is perfect - it just works. Crystal clear calls, and im based in New Zealand.

Just the call logs not working for me.

From memory it is 110-240v 50-60hz. I'm using one on 240v 50hz and it works just fine.

Try the upgrade to fix Caller ID issues,seems to have worked for me.

also reported to fix any "Beep" issues.


according to tech support, connect your MJ+ to a USB port on your computer and download the upgrade and run it.

I tested the MJ+ connected via USB, and I can confirm that calls made that way are recorded in the call log ok. Via ethernet, I get nothing.

Tried the online chat and they seemed to think it wouldn't work. Anyone else got the call logs working when using ethernet?

Magicjack Plus call logs not working

Got my MagicJack Plus and very happy - just one small issue.

When i log in to my.magicjack.com, the call log is always blank. My international credit goes down as i use it, but I cant see who ive called.

Any ideas on how I can get the call logs to work?
