local area code workaround
Unfortunately I just found this out myself. Even though MJ didn't have a phone number in my area code I was using MagicTalk to make outgoing calls and was going to buy a MagicJack when they finally get my area code in their system. I guess I will be using another service now as they still haven't ...

Just purchased my second Magic Jack Plus and need help to correctly wire for the Mother in Law's pad. Our house has a pool courtyard with the MIL pad just across the pool. She has her own phone line.
