upgrade problems or other problems?
I plugged MagicJack Plus into computer and ran upgrade program that gave me a Lucky you message. Then I got a screen that said "Error, phone should be operational in 15 minutes." Quirky registration
1. Order number received by email.
2. received MagicJack
3. Plugged magicjack plus into Windows 7 computer.
4. Computer told me that I had files ready to be burned to a CD and opened a window that showed me files, including one called setup. I clicked on setup.
