Everyone's free to make their decision, but that's why I don't recommend buying the 5 year pack. You just never know what's going to happen later on. Like sabrefan said, I would return the MJ+ if I was you.

Now that I've been using the MJ+ I noticed that the caller ID shows only the number of the person calling me but not the name. You know like with landlines you see the name of the company or person calling you, does MJ+ NOT have this feature or what's the deal?

Your service should be automatically terminated once the number is ported out. B if you have more services with them, like broadband and or cable TV, you may want to talk to them because terminating your phone service may affect your pricing.
