Netflix Interferes with MagicJack and Makes Voice Dropouts
Lots of dropped voice syllables on my MJ+ while Netflix was being viewed at my house on a PlayStation. I played for about 8 hours with my ASUS RT-A66R Router today and finally found a solution. Auto-Renew 1 but not 2 MJ's
I bought the MJ+ and added it to an existing MJ account. I ported my landine to the MJ+. So: 1 account, 2 devices, 2 phone numbers. When I enable or diasable Auto-Renew it applies to both devices in my account.
Anyone know how to disable auto-renew for my MJ (and let it expire) but enable auto ...

Not sure if this is the answer....but....
Is it perhaps your cordless phone is running in the smae frequency range as your mouse? Many cordless phones have a frequency/channel selection button that will change to another frequency. I think the 2.4 GHz devices sometimes fight each other. I bought 5 ...

Account with MJ and MJ+ and Porting of Land Line
This forum has been so useful to me for researching going from an MJ to an MJ+. Thanks for all of your help. Here is a copy of the chat I had today with CS about switching from MJ to MJ+ and on porting a landline number.

Re: can't install land line phone number
There was some talk that mJ would also charge $10 every subsequent year for the port, but I'm not sure if that is actually the case, if it is it is a rip off.
