Thanks, that solved my problem, now I can use it from my laptop!

I live in Philadelphia and it has been working great. So far not a problem on my desktops hardwired to Verizon Fios.

I tried using a hardwire on my laptop and this did not work. I then tried to use an a/c powered usb hub for the magicjack and that did not work either. Any other suggestions?

I have tried my MJ from both a desktop using hardwired highspeed at home and work and it works great. I tried using my MJ from my laptop using wireless internet and its very garbled. Is there any way to fix this problem?
