OH please.... I have only had MJ a month and already it is giving me problems. I can dial out and hear the other person answer but they can't hear me at all. I have the MJ Plus ....

I can hear them but they can't hear me
I can dial out and can hear the other people but they can't hear me at all. I have only had MJ for a month and haven't used it that much - already problems! I tried unplugging and resetting. It's not my phone. Please help!

I signed up with MJ as I only have a cell phone and when friends call me it costs me. Of course, outgoing Long Distance costs me on a cell... my friends got MJ ages ago and advised me to sign up - which I didn. Spent $70 on the pLUS and a 2 yr thing, plus outrageous postage and other ridiculous ...
