anybody has a solution for that ?

used to work nicely for a while except for European calls it dropped after 30 minutes or so
now it starts dropping even on local calls and much more often - after 5 min, 15 or so

with no change from my self

started today - cant receive calls - only the info who called
caller gets busy signal right away
mj customer service send it to their engineers

they send it to their Engineers - hopefully they will come up with a fast solution.
used to work fine and BANG today Jan 31st 2012 the caller gets a busy line after the first ring.
So somehow Canadian numbers do not work - some do - others don"t
ONLY for incoming calls - outgoing works fine ...

I installed my magicJack+ on sunday. It works fine in my usb port but cuts off in my Linksys router and then gives me an error 23. I tried contacting tech support but could not find one. Is there a tech support and how do I contact them? Has anyone found a fix for this problem?

After about 4hrs with the helpdesk agents they send my case to the engineers. Lets see what they will come up with.

They came up with nothing - as no one contacted me ...

DIR-825 and error 23 for over a week and techies are unable
to solve but they they celebrate after unplugging the device and plugg it inagain - and it works...

while any time from 5 min to 3 hrs later it comes back with error 23

once after a total new installation it used to work for 24 hrs

-Open the router in your browser i.ex. http://192.168.0.1/
-obtain ip addr of MagicJack : -Status -Device Info -Lan computers
-add/select this ip addr under: =Advanced – Firewall settings –DMZ host
