I had the exact same problem. All I did was unplug my modem, router (D-Link DIR-615) and magicjack plus and re-plugged everything and now it works like a charm. It's stupid but for me it's what fixes 75% of any problems related to anything that has to do with my internet. Hope this can help someone ...
