RMA Requested.... below are the comments I sent. Making it easy, they say they'll bill be on 12/13... hopefully this will not be the case as they'll have this piece of garbage back before then, as it is going in tomorrows mail, but after reading other posts I have my concerns... hate to dispute a CC ...

They advertise the Magic Jack PLUS... essentially "plug-n-play"... WRONG. Works great, well for a couple of hours, and then, ERROR 23.
