I have just connected it to my media server for now and it works perfectly.

now its back again dam error 23.

I'm a little confused. Is there a way to program names into the MJ+ so that it can show the name on all of the phones in the house. On my.magicjack.com it has some weird thing called My Contacts but can not find anything that explains what it does.

after seeing someone else suggestion. I moved my MJ+ from my router to my 24port switch. So far over 12 hours and no error 23. Another note when it got error 23 i could no longer ping the ip for the MJ+ so it was nothing related to port opening on the router..

same problem. got my MJ+ today setup a ontario number. Works great but every couple of hours i get error 23. i have forwarded udp/tcp for 5070 and 5060 and it happened again. I have now restarted both router and mj+, Any other ideas? I did update the firmware to 2.0.11

How can I tell i have a the latest firmware installed. Thx
