I need exact instructions on how to register MJ+ and keep my present account. Do I remove MJ and reboot? Do just plug in MJ+? How exactly, please help!

Ordered on 12/1, received on 12/5. Paid by debit card. site stated that debits cards will be charged. Will probably try out tomorrow.
