My Magic Jack plus operates on IP 192.168.1.117 but when I start to get the error code 2-3 and then ping it it says 192.168.1.147 unreachable. ???

I am pinging 192.168.1.117 but it acts like I am pinging 192.168.1.147

My MJ+ cannot receive calls from digital phones / VOiP - vie router connection or USB!!

Anyone else?

When someone calls me from a landline (traditional) or cell phone -- my phone rings and all is well. When someone calls me from a VoIP phone (time warner, vonage, etc) the phone does not even ring here and for them it does not even go to voicemail.
