My magicJack does not show the caller name even if I have it in my magicJack contacts list - just the number. What format do you user for your numbers in the magicJack contacts? I have been using xxx-xxx-xxxx.

What is you assign a one address range for DHCP and leave DHCP on. That way MJ+ would always have the same address. I want a static address too so I can put MJ+ on the DMZ. Did MJ support give you any idea when static IP would work?

I am going through the same thing now. Did support ever e-mail you back? I have been waiting for two days - no joy.
