The only thing i can think of is that the iphone app must be a beta of some sort and all of them expired on the 31st.
I to installed mine after the 31st, worked for about an hour then started doing this screen changing thing over and over. I chatted with what they call support and was told it ...

When did they update the expiration date?
Mine is still not working and i was told it was expired.
