Error code 3002

I should have added that I first tried unplugging the MJ+ from the power strip which did not work. I also tried plugging in another power unit adapter (thinking it failed like my last one) which also did not work.

Error code 3002

I got this problem today and fixed it after googling the error code. What worked for me is unplugging both the modem and the router, wait about 20 seconds, then plug the modem in first and wait for most of the lights to come back on. Then plug in the router and wait for all the lights to come back ...

Insufficient postage on MJ package!

Got my "free" replacement MJ+ AC power adapter and my post office charged me 85 cents for insufficient postage on MJs' package! The MJ on-line chat rep "Blake" was no help at all, so 85 cents for a "free" AC power adapter.. :x

MJ+ AC adapter stopped working

Tried to turn on my MJ+ phone on this morning and nothing, no dial tone just silence. I saw that the little green and yellow function lights on the MJ+ weren't on. I tried unplugging the adapter from the power strip that it's connected to and plugging it back in - nothing. Thinking it could perhaps ...

MAYBE you can find one ...

Dude..... You have a limited amount of bandwith!! So using Utorrent to u/l and d/l sucks that up. So YES you will get choppiness when you are using Utorrent and MJ at the same time.. A little common sense goes a long way.
Look to see if your router has any QOS settings and if yes, give priority to ...

Again, your solution only applies to Magic Jack used in conjunction with a PC. I'm going to assume that, like me, most people paid extra for MagicJack PLUS so they could use it as a standalone. I hope MJ fixes the sound quality and beeping issues!

I think what others are saying is that you should ...
