Connect your MJ+ to a PC or Mac and set it to 3g air card mode (top left of soft phone pad) shut down the computer then return the MJ+ device to stand alone mode operation.
Good Luck, you should also do a jitter test from your Internet connected PC or MAC, bad Internet can kill the joy on VoIP ...
