The problem is still there: I still cant receive calls from anybody. This started 3-4 days ago. I tried to contact Magic Jack Support last night and today BUT nobody answered my chat requests after 30 minutes so i gave up.
So no support from Magic Jack AND people cant even call me now all ...

I cant receive any call now starting 3 days ago!!!!!
Same thing happened to me on January 19th. All of the sudden i cant receive any calls anymore and says my number is no longer in service on the recording when people try to call me. I can make calls out still however. whats going on????? I've only had magicjack for about 2 months and was working ...

Cant make calls now can only receive calls.
