I live on the west coast and I notice that all "Voice Mail" is listed in eastern time. Any answer for that little problem?
Also, although there may be no answer when calling "Voice Mail", I get an email follow up on all no answers. Of course, there is no actual message recorded because ...

After 9 days of use, this morning after turning on my computer and MJ logging on, the upper window in the MJ main window states "Error 400". On line help directed me to use a different USB port, which I did. Nothing has changed. I get a dial done, but then the message states "Waiting for ...
