Does it display the name & number on every call ?? If so, I hope that is a new feature they are pulling out from under the rug !!

I agree with VaHam. New computers are being made cheaper so the willl sell, so I agree there may not be enough power going to the usb ports. Try a powered USB hub. I bet it will work.

Are you sure you are not connecting to both the router and usb at the same time??
