This has been a continual problem with MJ+. When ever I place a call I plug the MJ+ into the computer. If I receive a call that is only going to last a few minutes everything seems fine. I can call out and receive calls, both locally and out of state, but when I try calling either my parents in New Jersey, my call never rings. The same goes for my sister's number in New Jersey. Calls to other states (CA and GA) are fine.

Am having the same problem. Getting Error 23. Customer Service is of no help. From reading previous error 23 posts it appears to be a router setting issue.
