i had mag jack on pc 1month ago,before i reinstaled all my pc..and lost everything,,so after i install magi jack..i recive into magi jack white window,,and say Insert your magic jack to make call??

1nonth ago i reinstan my pc(Emachine)and lost everything and magicjack too..so after i reinstaleted pc and trying intsall magicjack i got white whindows and mesages:no magicjack click here..but i instaleted magicjack still cant make phone call.and why it say u re not register?
