I was having the same problem with my neoware password, I called hp (hp owns neoware) and I was given the advice I gave you earlier, about the default password being "Administrator" same as the user name, but be mindful of the spelling, the first character being upper case. If that does not work ...

Neoware e140
I do not want my PC on all the time so I bought neoware e140 from ebay.
It has 0 flash with 512mb and the PN# reads BK-D3-0E. Following leads on this forum I bought a 4gb ide 44 pin ide flash module and installed it in the TC.
Now I need a step by step instruction on how to load whatever software ...
