It is a switch. But it should still work because when I connect 2 computers to the switch, both have internet connectivity. Is there some setting I need to change to make it work?

MJ+ works when plugged into Linksys 5-port switch which is connected to cable modem. But my computer's internet doesn't work when connected to the same switch. If I remove MJ+, then the computer internet works.
