I purchased 2 MJ+ and have tried both. I get through the registration using my current account then saying I want to use my current number...no to al their offerings etc...says to take out MJ+ and hook up to router etc...I open MJ+ on my Mac and I am back at square one...no phone number showing so ...

I just upgraded to the Magic Jack + and am having a major issue. When someone calls me the phone does not ring. I can call out with no problem. I registered the new Magic Jack + however at the end it stated that the registration was not activated. How can this be as I can make calls. Would my ...
