Right behind you NotHappy...I'm having the same issue with a number that we've been calling for 11 months and now we can't without prepaid minutes. We average about 900 minutes a month to this number. Looking for alternative right now.

Last week we began experiencing this issue. The wife regularly has been dialing 870-573-xxxx for the first 11 months of MajicJack Plus service without issue, but last week we got the conference call...platform, buy pre-paid minutes recording when trying to dial the same number.
