I ordered the replacement adapter and received it yesterday. I didn't have to pay anything extra for postage. It must of just been a fluke that you ended up having to pay 85 cents for postage.

Where can I find one of these? I've been looking online and at some stores but haven't found any that I'm sure are the rights ones yet. Would this one be ok?

USB to AC Adapter replacement

My USB to AC adapter for the Magic Jack Plus apparently has taken a power surge and does not work anymore. How do I find a replacement? Can I use any brand of USB to AC adapter or does it have to be the Magic Jack Plus adapter? If so, how can I get a replacement?

Thanks for the advise. Issues not worked out totally as yet. BUT, I will most likely be getting rid of the Mobile Hotspot as of this coming Monday! If I return it within 30 days, I am not bound to their contract. I was referred to a satellite internet company in my area that offers 100GB a month for ...

AT&T Mobile Hotspot with MJ & connecting multiple ph

I have had a dead-slow dial-up connection for over 12 years with no high-speed internet available to me in my area. A few weeks ago, I learned about and purchased an AT&T Mobile Hotspot Elevate 4G so I now have high-speed internet! Was really excited until I realized that the 5GB a month doesn't ...
