I found out today that if you use MJ+ as your primary number and have no other phone number that some hospitals phone systems cannot call MJ numbers...I have a friend that works in a hospital and she tested mine...didn't ring on my end and the message that she heard on her end was..."your call ...

Just wanted to say that I just installed the MJ+ and was getting that same message. After rebooting and verifying the dongle worked, we discovered that our firewall was blocking the Mac address of the MJ+. Now it works fine. Thanks to this forum and the person who posted what the Mac address starts ...
