I can call 778 Vancouver numbers with no problem.

I had the same problem; the Mj would disconnect after 5 min. about 40 % of the time. (It was always 5 min.; never 2 ,7 or any other number). The only thing that solved the problem for me was to change the computer.

the other computer was here at my house using the same router and isp. It did not mater if the mj was plugged directly into the computer or plugged into a powered hub. I suspect it was some internal usb connection issue with that computer.

I had a similar problem...the MJ cut out after 5 minutes about 50 per cent of the time (the MJ still thought it was connected). It was always 5 minutes..never 3 4 or 6 7 or 8, The problem was solved when I switched to another computer. I still do not know what the problem was.

I am a new MJ user; a lot of my calls are dropped after about 5 minutes...the line goes dead..bit MJ still thinks we are connected. Any Ideas?
