Same problem here
when I connect the magic jack + to the computer I have no problems making or receiving calls. When I plug the magic jack to the netgear router, I get dialtone ok, but cannot receive a call. Caller gets that the magic jack customer you have called is unavailable to take your call. PLease leave a ...
