Yesterday afternoon my MJ+ suddenly started with the error 3002. Tried rebooting everything, changed phones, etc, but nothing. It worked when plugged into the laptop, just not through electric adapter or router.
Googled the error 3002, and came upon this support site, but was led down another path ...
