I cannot get to the menu because a mj ad pop up keeps coming up in front of my soft phone when i x out of it my soft phone closes as well?????? what do i do about this so i can access my mj settings? thanx virgil

This is driving me insane!! We can hear perfectly but the people on the other end can only hear a few words then drop outs a few more and more drop out??? please please tell me what the H*ll to do to fix this problem? and I hope people actually read this and reply thank you so much to whoever ...
