Never mind, it comes back OK now. Have no idea what happened.

Last week, a guy from comcast came to my house and replaced the modem (without request from me). And now I can't call certain area codes, even some local calls. After enter phone number, it comes back with dial tone. I tried to reboot the pc many times without success.
