Tried MJ suport they told me the same , it will only work if connectd to the PC.. Although i was not overly confident in the technical ability of the Indian technican, as they just sem to go by the script.. delete re-load connect to computer.. Ok it only works with pc..

I am completely computer illiterate .

i connected the maigic jack to my pc and the app loaded and everything worked well, i was forced to connect the magic directly into the wireless router. Config pc running windows 7, cablevison modem, ASUS wifi modem.
Everything works fine. Except the pc magic app does not work in this configuration ...
