There are many possible cause for that..

First, did you check if your APP is still active?

Second, did you access the APP on the same computer where you have first installed the APP software?

Actually, there are some features with your old phone company that do not work with magicJack/magicJack PLUS.

This might be your case.

But you can do some tests, like using a different phone with the same feature. If it works, it means the first phone is no longer working.
