used to be cheap at $ 1.75 / month - what terrible inflation they have at MJ with almost 100% over 7 years ... now $ 3.14 / month ....!?!?!

Even though the iPhone power adaptor worked as well I guess I felt the need to try and get original replacement parts. I'm satisfied so I'll be sending the broken power adaptor back to MJ. I received the same email giving me less than 5 days notice of a price increase. The frustrating thing is I just renewed for 1 year a week ago. I didn't then and don't now see any value add to support the price increase to $29.95/$99.95 let alone the $35/$120 prices. MJ as a company is going ...

I spent the better part of a day on chat sessions with MJ support. It was terrible. They 'hung' up on me. My MJ+ is only 2 months old and after spending time analyzing it, the tech says based on the serial number it is defective and I have to pay $15.04 for 'handling' fees to get a new FREE one ...

You should have taken the thing back to the store for a full refund, believe you even paid too much for this old model.
Now, phone customer accounts "service" and explain.

I see that MJ or what's his name, now add 7.8% (fees & no taxes) for themselves as extra profit for the MJ itself and for annual, 5 year'ly and "international prepaid" payments.

What I can see happening is when your phone comes up for renewal, MagicJack will bill you whatever amount you didn't pay for this current year, plus the coming year's fee for 911 service along with your renewal. And if you don't pay those charges with your annual renewal, you'll lose the service ...

My MAIN reason for looking for other than MJ is that I'm not able to add to my int' deposit a/c or renew my current MJ subscription when the time comes.
My European c/c don't work with MJ, same with my Canadian c/c as I need to use it from Canada - and I can't since I'm in Europe.

sure, and then pay $10 to mj if you are porting to them and then $10 per year to keep it with mj and then $$$ to move it out of mj when you no longer want to stay with mj.
