Am using a replacement Magicjack Plus. The replacement process created a second account. Both accounts are listed and wanting renewal. I don't want to pay for 2 accounts on just one Magicjack Plus. The whole message I am getting looks like this:

Am using Magicjack Plus, was working OK. Now when plugged into the computer I get "invalid serial number oracle_magicjack live". When plugged into just the power adapter get "sorry there is a system error". Cannot call out or receive calls.

Would a USB hub not connected to the internet have enough power to test the "Bad power adapter" theory, or is more power needed?[/img]

The Magicjack Plus is connected to the PC now(is the only way the Magicjack Plus will work at the moment)and the "Lucky You" message appears.
