Not sure what the issue was but it's back up and running again...

Been using MJ+ for over 8 months now without any issues at all until today. I picked up the phone to make a call and got the recorded voice saying Error 2 3 check your Internet connection. I checked all the cables and unplugged the unit for 5 minutes and then plugged it back in. No worky!!
