I cannot login to my account to update my CC info.
I have tried many times clicking the "forgot password" link. The same password is always emailed to me. It just doesn't work.
I have tried this on different days.

I can't register.....I am on a 30 day free.......the activation code they sent me in my email does not work......My email address is right.....my order # is right ....I have tried everything......The register window comes up and overides the magic jack keypad window all the time.........my phone ...

On your magicJack dial pad that you can see on your computer screen, please click menu and volume/headset control. make sure you toggle between telephone and headset there.

If using a phone, choose "Telephone" and If using a headset/speakers, choose "Headset"

then download and run the Recover ...
