My MJ+ is connected into a USB port in my computer and I use a telephone vs the MJ+ softphone.

I found that only some of the numbers I was dialing on the telephone keypad were being picked up, and I couldn't place a call. I could see this ...

Go to the main MJ webpage (http://www.magicjack.com/)
