I think that alot of the issues people have valid ones; however try inquiring via live help regarding the "Call Forwarding" issue. You will not get a helpful response and while your at it read their responses, you most likely will have to ask more than once as their answers will make no sense, not ...

After 4 months of rotten service, I pulled the plug on MJ. But I had a balance of $34 in my international calling account.

They flat out refused to refund it!

Yes, sometimes chat support is helpful. I have had them refresh my account many times which solved my issue.

There are those times however, when they haven't a clue, and rather than be frustrated, it's best to just end the chat, and use the forum instead.
