I have a weird problem....I am trying to get my MJ to work (again).I call my cell phone,I can't hear myself on either end!!!Then when I hang up...my Cell phone rings again from a call from my Mj.What the heck would cause this????And how can I get my Mj to work?It has been not working for a week now ...

I live in Fl.and we have frequent power outtages due to thunderstorms.I have been having a helluva time trying to get MJ to work after these power outtages.What is the best/quickest way to reset MJ after this happens?

I have tried everything that is available on the MJ site,but nothing seems to work.I can recieve calls,and make calls,but we can't hear each other,and it goes into this repeating,echo type ...

After an hour or so of "conversing" with April(MJ Tech)and downloading some kind of MJ fix,I am happy to say I am up and running.Spent an hour or so talking with a good buddy in Boston and told him he should get one....You can't beat twenty ...

I had my MJ hooked up through my Vonage router(phone line from MJ to Vonage phone port).I quit vonage and now I can't connect.Do I have to Have the MJ hooked up to a router?or can I just plug it into the usb port(on my computer),connect my phone(to the MJ) and be good to go?Or is there something I'm ...
