Thanks for the quick reply. Even though it is a pain when it happens, it is still worth saving hundreds of dollars a year on the phone bill.

I have a MagicJack Plus connected to the router. It works fine most of the time, but occasionally I cannot hear the caller. They can hear me, and when I call them back it works fine. Any fixes? Thanks.
