FIXED..
My problem was fixed yesterday afternoon. After all the BS jumping through hoops with 1st and 2nd level support, it is just what I told themm their problem in the system. Anyhow it is now OK.

Unable to call local area codes
Same problem since Fri. 11-Apr. Cannot call my local 847 area code or its 224 overlay. I have no problems with any others so far. Have tried all the other northern Illinois codes, 708,630,773and 815, all are working fine. It seems it just effects the area code I'm in. Lots of hours with tech support ...
