With that kind of marginal upload, you are bound to have significant issues with ANY VOIP service.
My MagicJack only uses 80 - 90 Kbps downstream and 80 - 90 Kbps upstream while on a call. 0.5 Mbps upstream is more than five times what he needs. He should be fine assuming he's not doing much else ...

Similar problem here, except that most of the number presses are accepted. The issue is that the first digit is always repeated, so when I enter 1234 the system hears 11234, making it impossible to enter a conference ID. It's only a problem when the MagicJack Plus is connected directly to the router.
