Why does my magicjack PLUS/ MJ 2014 won't work on Stand alone mode?
I've encounter 401 or 503 error message.

Tried everything and also rebooted my router and modem. My friend also uses magicjack have same issue.


Please advice.

MJ PLUS (older 2012) model worked perfectly fine into the router for almost 2 years, Unfortunately my 2 new MJ PLUS 2014 got error 3002. I've try to plug it directly into the modem as well but still having same issue.
