worked with chat support for 3.5 hours. Tried everything mentioned in this thread (DHCP, DMZ, Port Forwarding, disable Firewall.. you name it).
Finally I ended the chat and one last time decided to power cycle everything again one last time. Only this time I removed all cables not just power cable ...
