Often times when I call my VM I hit * and it ignores anything I hit. Very useless.

I have a similar problem. When I place calls on my MJ the person I'm calling often can't hear me at all but I can hear them or vice versa. Then if I hang up and try again it may or may not work. Any ideas? I just run the magicjackfix (update.exe) and sometimes that helps. I'm running XP SP2. My ...
