So, I left the MJ plugged in to the Netgear router for 24 hours and now it mysteriously works.
Very strange but I'm happy.
Anyone have a similar experience?

I've been online with support 3 times and don't have a resolution yet.
I know the error 3002 means that it is not accessing the internet. I've also opened my router settings and can see that my router is not finding the MagicJack.
